The Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) splitter is a type of optical power management device that is fabricated using silica optical waveguide technology. Features include small size, high reliability and a wide operating wavelength. The PLC splitter is widely used in all fiber optic networks to realize optical signal power splitting. All products are GR-1221-CORE compliant.
